Merguez Meatballs

Made with ground beef and lamb; a little spicy!

Berber Terrine du Poulet

A terrine made with ground chicken, organic Yukon Gold potatoes, eggs, green onions, red peppers and spinach. Topped with a coconut-based sauce flavored with curry leaves and spices. $4.99 for one, $9.49 for two. 

Lasagna Bolognese

Lasagna filled with beef. Made with mozzarella, ricotta, and parmesan cheese. Topped with Italian Seasoning. 

Bacalao Fish Pie

Made with cod, salt cod, potatoes, leeks, carrots, ricotta cheese, eggs, celery, herbs, and spices. 

Chicken Chermoula

Boneless breast, poached in a saffron-spice liquid, then coated with Moroccan spices, seared, and served on a bed of couscous. Covered in a chermoula sauce made with herbs, preserved lemons, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.
